My name is Heath Clark, and I am the Chief Executive Officer of Palmer’s Home Care. I believe in the uniqueness and self-worth of every person, and I will always listen to those who need to or want to be heard. I am married and have 6 kids, aged from already graduated college to not yet in school.

I have worked with people with disabilities all my life in every way, even performing a wedding ceremony for individuals that I worked with. I have a bachelor’s degree and associate degree from Central Christian College of the Bible, and I am an ordained minister as well. My goal is to help every person be loved for who they are and to reach the goals that they set.
