I am Robert Palmer. I was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri. I graduated from Hickman High and attended college at the University of Missouri and Central Methodist College. I am a Registered Nurse. I have been an RN manager for Mid-MO on the Child and Adolescent unit and at Boone hospital as the manager of the Inpatient Psych unit. In addition, I was the Director of Health services for another provider in this area. I have worked with people with disabilities since 2000 and established Palmer’s Home Care in January of 2009. My goal has been and will always be “to provide the best service to the people I support.”
